This notice explains how & pause sauna uses personal information submitted through the launch mailing-list form on andpause.co.uk.

What we collect

When you join the launch list, we collect your email address, the date and time you signed up, the version of the consent wording shown to you, and the source of the signup. We deliberately do not store your IP address in our mailing-list database.

Why we use it

We use this information to send you opening dates, launch updates and occasional news from & pause sauna. Our basis for sending these emails is your consent.

Where it is stored

Launch-list data is stored in a private Cloudflare D1 database. It is not made available through a public subscriber-list API. Cloudflare provides infrastructure services to us and processes data on our behalf.

If we change email provider

We may later use a specialist email service provider to send messages. If we do, the minimum information needed to manage the mailing list may be transferred to that provider under an appropriate data-processing arrangement.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while you remain subscribed and only for as long as it is needed for the purposes described above, subject to any legal or record-keeping obligations.

Your choices and rights

You can withdraw your consent at any time. Marketing emails will include an unsubscribe method once sending begins. You can also ask us to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you.
